I have known and worked with Denise on and off for over 28 years.  I was tasked with creating a very robust Commercial Banking Training Program in 2011 from scratch and I purposefully sought her out to help develop and implement this highly regarded training program.  Starting on January 31st she led the hiring of 11 new credit analysts from over 6 college campuses, hired staff and developed an entire curriculum by the class starting date on July 6th.  This was an incredible challenge which Denise is uniquely qualified to deliver with an amazing mixture of intelligence, composure, thoughtfulness, and drive.  Not to mention world class teaching skills!
