I was tasked with creating a very robust Commercial Banking Training Program in 2011 from scratch and I purposefully sought her out to help develop and implement this highly regarded training program.  Starting on January 31st she led the hiring of 11 new credit analysts from over 6 college campuses, hired staff and developed an entire curriculum by the class starting date on July 6th.  This was an incredible challenge which Denise is uniquely qualified to deliver with an amazing mixture of intelligence, composure, thoughtfulness, and drive.  Not to mention world class teaching skills! This first training class and the subsequent training classes are the future of our organization, and they are making an impact every day that help us meet the needs of our clients.

Denise guided me through a visualization that shed light on what truly aligned with my purpose. She then encouraged me to set 3 actions to tackle before our next meeting that would lead me toward that purpose. One was to apply for an MFA program I read about to grow as writer. I applied, got accepted, and now have a reading lined up with the storytelling community in my city. Looking forward to expanding my writing career!
